1. Website Content as General Information

The product descriptions, specifications, photos, and introductory content published on this website are provided solely for general informational and reference purposes. Website materials do not constitute a binding unilateral offer to sell. Formal commercial agreements, prices, and delivery terms are established strictly via written Quotations and signed Proforma Invoices (PI).

2. Sample Evaluation & Approved Sample ID

To eliminate discrepancies between expectation and physical production, we operate on a sample-first principle. Any mass production order is manufactured against a specifically identified and countersigned Approved Sample ID. Verbal descriptions or preliminary photographs are subordinate to the physical approved benchmark.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All logos, private brand graphics, packaging artwork, and proprietary designs provided by our clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. We will not use client-branded packaging for any other customer without explicit written consent. Conversely, website design, technical text, and proprietary manufacturing guides remain the property of Cosey Lashes.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances

False eyelashes and extension trays involve skilled hand-assembly. While we adhere to rigorous AQL 2.5 quality control standards, minor commercial tolerances within international beauty industry norms (e.g., ±0.01mm fiber diameter, subtle manual curl variation) may occur and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5. Governing Transactions
