MOQ & Ordering

Minimum Order Quantities

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on whether you are ordering standard mature catalog lashes or custom printed packaging. For lash extensions in standard unbranded packaging, MOQs can start from 50–100 trays across mixed sizes. For custom printed private label packaging (back cards or magnetic boxes), print factory minimums generally start at 500–1,000 units. We help you print packaging in bulk and produce your lashes in agile, manageable batches.

Can I mix different curls, thicknesses, and lengths?

Yes. We understand that salon professionals and lash brands need complete size curves. Within a bulk order, you can distribute quantities across standard lengths (7–16mm), thicknesses (0.03–0.15mm), and curls (C, CC, D, L, M) according to your salon demand.

Samples & Testing

Sample Orders & Sign-off

Are evaluation samples free of charge?

We do not provide entirely free samples. Standard catalog samples carry a nominal product fee plus international express courier freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS), payable by the client. For custom bespoke molds or special formula synthesis, development sample fees apply. We strongly recommend testing samples thoroughly in hands-on salon conditions before mass production.

What is an "Approved Sample ID"?

When you evaluate physical counter-samples and approve a specific tray, that physical sample is registered under an Approved Sample ID. That exact sample becomes the legally binding benchmark for softness, curl curvature, root tape tackiness, and foil backing for your bulk production run.

Payment & Logistics

Payment Terms, Lead Times & Shipping

What are your commercial payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation and vector artwork sign-off, and the remaining 50% balance settled after production completion and final AQL 2.5 QC inspection report approval prior to dispatch. Payments are processed via bank wire transfer (T/T).

How are shipping costs calculated and how long does delivery take?

Shipping freight is calculated strictly based on actual packaged gross weight and volumetric dimensions (CBM) once packed. Express air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) typically takes 5–8 business days door-to-door. Air cargo takes 8–12 days, and ocean freight takes 25–40 days depending on the destination port.

What happens if there is a quality discrepancy in a repeat order?

Every dispatch has a retained batch sample archived in our facility. If you experience an issue, we pull the retained sample and compare batch records. Verified production discrepancies are corrected via replacement or credit on your subsequent order.
