Approved Sample ID
Before any bulk manufacturing begins, a physical pre-production sample is confirmed and cataloged under a unique Approved Sample ID as the sole baseline.
Written Specifications
Curl degrees (J/B/C/CC/D/L/M), thickness (0.03–0.20mm), length mix, root tape adhesiveness, strip backing foil, and packaging specs are documented in writing.
AQL 2.5 Sampling Standard
Random pre-shipment sampling checks fiber taper, softness, curl retention under heat/humidity, label accuracy, and box cleanliness under AQL 2.5 criteria.
Retained Bulk Archive
From every dispatched batch, retained physical samples are archived in our QC library for a minimum of 12 months for verification during repeat orders.
Change Re-approval Rule
Any raw material switch, oven baking parameter change, or packaging supplier adjustment requires explicit customer re-approval before adoption.
Structured Feedback Review
If any batch reports issues, we compare client samples directly against the retained library to identify root causes and issue corrective actions immediately.
