Clear compliance boundaries for liquids, lashes and international import.
Navigating global cosmetic and chemical regulations requires absolute clarity. We distinguish clearly between factory documents we provide directly, third-party testing we coordinate, and legal responsibilities reserved for local importers.
Three distinct levels of document management.
Understanding who owns which document ensures smooth customs clearance and compliant market distribution.
Standard Documents Available
Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) for adhesives and liquids, Certificate of Analysis (COA) per batch, ISO 22716 / Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) workshop certifications, and raw material PBT fiber safety statements.
Assisted Third-Party Projects
We actively coordinate testing with accredited labs (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) for heavy metal screening, microbiological stability tests, packaging compatibility tests, and technical dossiers required for registration.
Customer & Importer Obligations
Local Responsible Person (RP) designation, EU CPNP cosmetic notification, UK SCPN filing, FDA facility registration, and localized packaging labeling (hazard symbols, language translations) remain the legal duty of the importer of record.
Lash Glues are Chemicals
Cyanoacrylate-based lash adhesives are generally regulated as technical chemical preparations under REACH/CLP/OSHA, not standard leave-on cosmetics. Proper labeling and ventilation guidance are mandatory.
