Requirement Clarification & Product Matching
You send your product categories, curl specifications, thickness, length mix, or physical counter-sample photos. We match against existing mature lines or propose targeted counter-samples.
Paid Samples & Practical Testing
We prepare physical evaluation samples. Standard sample fees and express courier costs are covered upfront by the client. You test hair softness, curl curvature, fanning resistance, and adhesive bonding in hands-on salon conditions.
Final Order List, Proforma Invoice (PI) & 50% Deposit
Once samples are approved, we lock down the final SKU breakdown, unit quantities, packaging specifications, and delivery terms. We issue an official Proforma Invoice. Production kicks off upon receipt of the 50% initial deposit.
Packaging Sign-Off & Batch Production
Vector packaging artwork (dielines, foil stamping, color numbers) is confirmed. Eyelash trays are assembled and liquids bottled under supervised manufacturing schedules.
AQL 2.5 Quality Inspection & 50% Balance Payment
Before dispatch, our dedicated QC team performs AQL 2.5 random sampling for curl consistency, tray labeling, cleanliness, and packaging integrity. We provide an inspection summary and high-res photos. The remaining 50% balance is settled before release.
Dispatch, Tracking & Seamless Reorders
Goods are dispatched via express courier, air freight, or ocean shipping with complete commercial invoices and tracking numbers. We archive retained samples from the batch to guarantee identical standards on your replenishment orders.
